I have been using an RE300 to play jazz with my archtop, and I also play my pedal steel through it.I have been so impressed with performance of this amp. I didn’t think if could get better. I called Scot at Evans and he told me about the new SES300 extension cabinent. I decided to try it. I truly was not prepared for the difference this cabinet made. My sound quality and tone went from great to off the chart. It is compact and easy to carry. The band I play steel with was amazed as well. Once again Evan’s Amplifiers has his a homerun. I will never sell my amp and speaker cab. I could not replace the sound I get.
